Products

How do I find the product I'm looking for?

To find a specific product, you can utilize our product search feature located at the top of any page.

Simply type in relevant keywords or the product number into the search box and hit enter. The search results page will then appear, presenting links to various products or groups of products. 

Search Tips: 

  • Make sure the search words are spelt correctly in order to ensure accurate results 
  • Use multiple words to find specific type of products 
  • Narrow the results by filtering your search to a specific item. Eg: “vest”
What if I can't find the product(s) I'm looking for?

As a growing company, our website currently showcases the newest and most innovative products that have been officially produced by Qeuzt. In the event that you are unable to locate a particular item, it may indicate that the product is temporarily out of stock or that we do not carry it at this time. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for support.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes, we offer bulk and wholesale pricing options for eligible customers. If you are interested in purchasing a large quantity of items or becoming a wholesale partner, please reach out to us for more information here.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our website, select the desired products, and add them to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout page, where you will enter your shipping and payment information. Review your order details and click "Pay Now" to complete the purchase.

How do I add or make changes to my shopping cart?

To add a product to your bag, choose the size and colour you want, then select how many you want to buy before clicking the 'Add to Cart' button.

To make changes to your shopping cart, click the 'Shopping Cart' icon at the top of the page. Now you can adjust the quantity of any item in your bag, or completely remove items.

When you've finished making changes, click 'X' to return to the online shop.

Why was my online order cancelled?

Sometimes we have to cancel orders. This can be due to a number of reasons, including:

  • Stock availability. It is most likely that your size ran out of stock before we could process your order.
  • Payment issues. Your payment did not go through or we were not able to verify your payment details.
  • Delivery address issues. You may have accidentally entered an incorrect or incomplete delivery address which we couldn’t process.

You will not be charged for cancelled products. If your order, or part of it, is cancelled, you will be refunded for the cancelled products.In order to get a clear understanding why your order was cancelled we recommend you to contact us here and we will be able to assist you.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or changed. This includes changes to items, quantities, shipping address, or payment method. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalising the purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us here. Take note all cancellations will require a restocking fee to cover costs. While we cannot guarantee cancellations, we will do our best to assist you based on the order's status. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Promotions and vouchers

What happens to my voucher if I return my order or if (part of) my order is cancelled?

Promotion codes do not apply to sale products. If you return an order where a promotion code has been used, the value of the code will not be refunded. The voucher code will not be replaced. Promotion codes are only valid within a certain time. Should you encounter any problems with using a code, please contact our customer care. Our customer care agents are happy to assist you.

How do I use my voucher code?

Click the Checkout button at the top of the page to go to your shopping bag. Under the order summary click "Enter promo code" then type your voucher code into the box and click 'Apply'

Delivery

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the shipping carrier's website. Although you will receive the tracking information in the email, you won't be able to track your order until the carrier updates its system.

Why is my order tracking number not functioning?

Here are some potential explanations for why your order's tracking number may not be functioning:

  • The logistics provider or seller may have given you an incorrect tracking number.
  • The tracking number may not have yet been updated on the logistics provider's tracking website.
  • A technical problem may have occurred on the logistics provider's tracking website.

We recommend reaching out to the logistics partner in charge of your delivery.

Do you offer worldwide delivery?

We are able to deliver anywhere that is covered by our delivery partners. 

What shipping choices do you provide?

Depending on your location, we offer a range of shipping options. However, the selection of shipping partners will be based on our preferred ones. When you proceed to checkout, you'll have the opportunity to choose the shipping method that suits your requirements best. Available options may encompass standard shipping as well as international shipping for customers located outside Singapore.

Returns & Refunds

How do I request for a return refund?

Purchases page → Request return → Select problem faced with order → Add a note that could provide our team with more evidence → Request a return 

You will be updated via email whether the return refund was approved.

Please do ensure that the following conditions have been met in order for the processing of your refund

  • Request sent in 7 days after item has been received
  • Has to be in original packaging 
  • Ensure the items are unused
  • All returns require a stocking fees. 
  • Return shipping fees will be borne by the buyer
